The foundation stone for Kauz Maschinenhandel GmbH was laid in 2005 as "OWC-HOLZ Maschinenhandel UG".
In 2013, a new warehouse was built directly on the A7 between Ulm and Würzburg.
In 2015, it was renamed Kauz Maschinenhandel GmbH.
