The plant was mainly used by the previous owner for the IPPC treatment of wooden pallets. It only took about 30 minutes for each full load!

The direct gas heating is installed above the false ceiling and behind the circulating air fans. Firing takes place in an approx. 2 m long stainless steel tube with control flaps for the warm air. The burner is controlled automatically via the controller. Output approx. 350 KW, heating medium propane gas.

- Combination control for drying / heat treatment type HB 900
Automatic control, equipped with software for evaluating and documenting the measured values for the heat treatment. 5 warm sensors to determine the core temperature. The actual heat treatment process is only started and ended automatically after the specified core temperature has been reached on all 5 sensors and the preset holding time. The measurement data is transferred to the on-site PC and can then be saved or printed out.

Self-supporting construction with sandwich panels, inside and outside with aluminum panels. The gap is filled with 10 cm thick, non-flammable mineral wool.
The insulation is resistant to steam or water penetration and has a K value of 0.32 kcal/sqm. The connection of the wall elements is permanently resistant to strong temperature loads and fluctuations.
